摘要: 肠道屏障是人体与外界环境交互的关键防线,其功能衰退是衰老过程的重要特征。随着年龄的增长,肠道屏障的结构和功能逐渐受损,表现为肠道通透性增加、免疫功能下降以及肠道微生物群失调,涉及多种生理、细胞和分子多个层面。这些变化不仅影响局部肠道健康,还可能引发全身性的炎症反应和免疫功能衰退,进而加速衰老进程。文章综述了肠道屏障衰老的特征、机制及其对全身健康的影响,并探讨了潜在的干预策略。

Abstract: The intestinal barrier constitutes a critical defense system that separates the human body from the external environment.Its functional impairment is a hallmark of the aging process.As individuals age,the structure and function of the intestinal barrier gradually deteriorate,manifesting as increased intestinal permeability,impaired immune function,and dysbiosis of the gut microbiota,involving complex alterations at multiple physiological,cellular,and molecular levels.Such impairments not only compromise local intestinal homeostasis but may also induce systemic inflammation and immune dysfunction,thereby contributing to the overall acceleration of aging.This article reviews the characteristics,mechanisms,and systemic health implications of intestinal barrier aging,and explores potential intervention strategies.
