研究证实糖皮质激素性青光眼与原发性开角型青光眼 ( primary open angle glaucoma, POAG) 具有相似的小梁网形态与功能变化, 然而 POAG 的发病机制仍不清楚阐明 GCs 如何诱导小梁网形态学的改变, 如何影响房水流出阻力, 有利于探索 POAG 的发病机制文章主要就 GCs 对小梁网的影响作一综述

Abstract: Glucocorticoids (GCs) could induce the morphological changes and dysfunction oftrabecular meshwork tissues. The changes in the trabecular meshwork tissues of the glucocorticoids ( GCs) induced glaucoma is similar with those of the primary open angle glaucoma ( POAG). However, the pathogenesis of POAG is still unclear, elucidating how GCs induce morphological changes of trabecular meshwork and the increase of aqueous humor outflow resistance is beneficial for exploring the pathogenesis of POAG. The effects of GCs on trabecular meshwork are summarized in this review.
