摘要: 内皮细胞是心脏、 血管、 淋巴管等器官组织的重要组成部分, 在心血管系统生理过程中起至关 重要作用。 内皮间充质转化 (endothelial-mesenchymal transition, EndMT) 调控内皮细胞向间充质细胞转化, 其参与动脉粥样硬化过程。 EndMT 可能为动脉粥样硬化的防治提供新靶点与思路。

Abstract: Endothelial cells are important components of the heart, blood vessels and lymph vessels. They play a crucial role in regulating the physiological processes of the cardiovascular system. Endothelial-mesenchymal transition (EndMT) is the transition of endothelial cells to mesenchymal cells, and it has been reported to be involved in atherosclerosis. Various cytokines are changed during the process of EndMT. The study of EndMT may provide insight for the mechanism and treatment of atherosclerosis.
