双次自体造血干细胞移植治疗多发性骨髓瘤的研究进展

摘要： 多发性骨髓瘤作为恶性血液病之一,自体造血干细胞移植(autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,ASCT)是标准治疗方案,但部分患者预后不佳。对此,双次ASCT通过短期内两次移植可实现更深层次的缓解。研究显示,与单次ASCT相比,双次ASCT在延长无进展生存期和总体生存期方面具有一定优势,尤其在高危患者如del(17p)和IGH重排者中表现更佳。

Abstract: Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(ASCT)is the standard treatment for multiple myeloma,a malignant hematologic disorder,yet some patients exhibit poor prognosis.Double ASCT achieves deeper remission through two transplants within a short period.Studies indicate that compared to single ASCT,double ASCT offers certain advantages in prolonging progression-free survival and overall survival,particularly in high-risk patients such as those with del(17p)or IGH rearrangements.
