肿瘤相关成纤维细胞来源的趋化因子在肺癌中的作用研究进展

摘要: 肺癌是全球癌症相关死亡的首要病因, 其 5 年生存率仅约 16 % 。 肿瘤相关成纤维细胞 ( cancer-associated fibroblasts, CAFs) 作为肿瘤微环境 (tumor microenvironment, TME) 中的主要宿主细胞, 在肺癌 发生和进展中起着重要调控作用。 CAFs 来源的趋化因子通过与受体结合激活下游信号通路在肿瘤增殖、 侵 袭、 转移、 血管生成、 耐药、 放疗抵抗、 免疫逃逸等方面发挥作用。 文章归纳了 CAFs 来源的趋化因子在 肺癌中的作用研究最新进展, 探讨了其在肺癌诊治中的潜力, 为未来肺癌诊治提供新的靶点和方向。

Abstract: Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related death world-wide, with a 5-year survival rate of only about 16 % . As the main host cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME), cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) play an important regulatory role in the occurrence and development of lung cancer. Chemokines derived from CAFs can activate downstream signal pathways by binding with receptors, and play roles in tumor proliferation, invasion, metastasis, angiogenesis, drug resistance, radiation resistance, immune evasion and so on. This review summarizes the latest research progress of chemokines derived from CAFs in lung cancer, discusses the potential of using them in the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, and provides new targets and directions for the future diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
