摘要: 冠蛋白1B(CORO1B)基因编码的蛋白是一种肌动蛋白结合蛋白,其ser-2位点被蛋白激酶C(PKC)磷酸化后,可调节肌动蛋白肌丝的聚合和解聚,进而参与细胞骨架重组、细胞运动、迁徙和转移等重要病理、生理过程。有研究发现CORO1B基因与多种肿瘤的发生、发展有关。该文对CORO1B基因与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: The protein encoded by Coronin 1B(CORO1B)gene is an actin-binding protein,the serine-2 residue of which can be phosphorylated by protein kinase C(PKC)to regulate the polymerization and depolymerization of actin,thereby participating in many important pathological and physiological processes,like cytoskeletal reorganization,cell motility,migration,and metastasis.Numerous studies have also found that the CORO1B gene is associated with the occurrence and development of various types of tumors.This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between the CORO1B gene and tumors.
