Abstract: Autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation(ASCT)is the standard treatment for multiple myeloma,a malignant hematologic disorder, yet some patients exhibit poor prognosis.Double ASCT achieves deeper remission through two transplants within a short period.Studies indicate that compared to single ASCT,double ASCT offers certain advantages in prolonging progression-free survival and overall survival, particularly in high-risk patients such as those with del(17p)or IGH rearrangements.
