摘要: 原发性肾小球肾炎是一组常见的肾脏疾病综合征, 可恶化患者生活质量, 并增加肾脏疾病进展的风险长链非编码 RNA (long non-coding RNA, lncRNA) 是一种非编码的调控 RNA, 可调节多种细胞生物学过程, 越来越多的报道证实了 lncRNA 与原发性肾小球肾炎发生发展过程存在紧密联系, 进一步深入研究 lncRNA 与原发性肾小球肾炎的关系, 有望为寻找原发性肾小球肾炎的新型生物标记物和治疗靶点奠定理论基础

Abstract: Primary glomerulonephritis is a group of common renal disease syndromes, whichcan deteriorate the quality of life of patients and increase the risk of renal disease progression. Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) is a kind of non-coding regulatory RNA that can regulate a variety of cell biological processes. More and more reports have confirmed that lncRNA is closely related to the occurrence and development of primary nephrotic syndrome. Further researches on the relationship between lncRNA and primary glomerulonephritis are expected to lay a theoretical foundation for finding new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for primary glomerulonephritis.
