摘要: 肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAMs)是肿瘤免疫微环境的重要组成部分,与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移密切相关。受肿瘤微环境的影响,TAMs功能具有高度可塑性,在肿瘤免疫中发挥复杂且多样的调节作用。文章对巨噬细胞铁代谢以及其在肿瘤免疫中的作用进行综述,深入了解靶向巨噬细胞治疗的前景和具体调控机制。

Abstract: Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)constitute a critical component of the tumor immune microenvironment and are closely linked to the initiation,progression,and metastasis of tumors.Influenced by the tumor microenvironment,the functional plasticity of TAMs determines their diverse roles in tumor immunity.This review summarizes macrophage iron metabolism and its role in tumor immunity,providing insights into the prospects and specific regulatory mechanisms of macrophage-targeted therapy.
