摘要: 幽门螺杆菌 (Helicobacter pylori, HP) 是引起多种胃肠道疾病的主要致病菌, 根除治疗对预防胃癌具有重要意义。 HP 对克拉霉素的耐药已成为影响其根除的关键问题, 文章综述了克拉霉素的主要耐药分子机制, 旨在为优化治疗方案和未来抗菌策略的研究提供理论基础。

Abstract: Helicobacter pylori (HP) is a major pathogen responsible for various gastrointestinaldiseases, and its eradication plays a critical role in preventing gastric cancer. The resistance of HP to clarithromycin has become a key issue affecting its eradication. This article reviews the main molecular mechanisms of HP resistance to clarithromycin, aiming to provide a theoretical foundation for optimizing treatment strategies and future antimicrobial research.
