摘要: 离子通道负责离子在细胞膜上的流动,在人体生理中起着非常重要的作用,包括调节离子稳态、电兴奋性和细胞信号传导。当离子通道的功能或表达发生改变时,这些通道与致癌因子相互作用,使机体易感HPV病毒,诱发癌变。该文基于钾、钠及氯离子通道聚焦与HPV病毒相关的致癌因子,阐述相关机理和靶向离子通道的治疗潜力,为临床确定HPV相关癌症的早期诊断、预后和治疗方案提供了新的思路。

Abstract: Ion channels are responsible for the flow of ions across cell membranes and play vital roles in human physiology,including the regulation of ion homeostasis,electrical excitability,and cell signaling.However,when ion channel function or expression is altered,these channels can interact with carcinogens,increasing susceptibility to HPV infection and inducing cancer.Therefore,this study focuses on potassium,sodium,and chloride ion channels,identifies HPV-related carcinogenic factors,elucidates relevant mechanisms and the potential for targeting ion channels for treatment,and provides a new approach to the clinical determination of HPV-related cancer early diagnosis,prognosis,and treatment.
